Process Optimization Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Process Optimization Manager to join our team, focusing on analyzing and improving business processes. This Process Optimization Manager remote role will allow you to lead optimization projects and support the establishment of process management standards within our organization.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct business workshops to identify process issues and define optimization directions.
  • Support the verification, assessment, and categorization of business initiatives while identifying optimization potential (scope, objectives, benefits).
  • Implement projects in the area of process optimization according to selected methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, PDCA).
  • Assist in project execution by mapping and analyzing business processes, defining roles, and responsibilities within the RACI matrix.
  • Map and document processes (BPMN 2.0, SIPOC, VSM), create RACI, and maintain an end-to-end business process repository.
  • Participate in Kaizen Committee work, supporting the analysis and evaluation of proposed improvement initiatives and defining benefit measurement mechanisms.

Requirements

  • Experience in process modeling notation: BPMN 2.0, VSM, SIPOC, documented experience in business process modeling.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies: Lean Management, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and tools used in these methodologies; certification such as Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
  • Experience in leading business process optimization projects.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and project teams.
  • Analytical skills: building and analyzing process KPIs, proficiency in MS Excel, familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct business workshops using Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking tools.
  • Familiarity with Jira and tools for mapping and modeling processes.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Availability to work at our Poznań headquarters (minimum 3 days a week).
