About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager remote to join our dynamic team at Conga. This role is pivotal in managing a portfolio of global, complex customers who have invested in our innovative solutions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving adoption of our Conga Advantage Platform, recognized worldwide for its capabilities in Configure, Price, Quote, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Document Automation.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a book of global customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from Conga’s solutions.
  • Perform detailed adoption analysis and engage customers in joint planning to increase product usage.
  • Lead value realization activities, including stakeholder alignment and roadmap reviews.
  • Drive customer advocacy by resolving technical issues efficiently with internal teams.
  • Facilitate conversations and drive outcomes for both customers and Conga.
  • Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights that inform customer success strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and enhance customer experiences.
  • Mentor junior customer success managers and guide them in best practices.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or a related field, with a proven track record in managing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to track customer goals and navigate challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of revenue management and contract management software solutions.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and leveraging insights to improve customer success metrics.
  • Passion for advocating on behalf of customers and influencing internal stakeholders.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and CPQ (Configure Price Quote) solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS products and a proactive approach to learning.
  • Participation in workshops or training focused on revenue processes.
