Customer Success Manager - Remote EMEA

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team remotely in the EMEA region. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using DoiT's cloud solutions. You will be part of a global Customer and Product Success team, working closely with clients to help them leverage our technology for business growth and innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts throughout the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and education on the DoiT console to empower customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as CFOs, FinOps leads, engineers, and cloud architects.
  • Identify potential risks by analyzing health scores, product usage, and customer sentiment, and collaborate with Account Managers to create effective mitigation plans.
  • Evaluate and analyze customer needs, sharing insights with the DoiT organization to enhance service delivery.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and escalating issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of DoiT’s products and services to provide informed advice to customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Proven ability to drive success plans and achieve customer targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning new technologies and understanding their application in driving customer success.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
  • Highly organized and accountable, with a positive and motivated attitude.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in finance or data analytics.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or FinOps.
