As a Customer Success Manager I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Small Market Business partnership customers receive exceptional service and support. What You'll Do
- Manage operational aspects of Small Business & partnership customers, ensuring all needs are met promptly.
- Support customer launches and communicate effectively about renewals to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Provide administrative and analytical support across the Customer Success team, acting as a data guru for customer files and reporting.
- Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and requests with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the Manager, Customer Experience & Administration to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
