Debt Collection Back Office Analyst (Spanish) - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Debt Collection Back Office Analyst (Spanish) - Remote to join our dynamic team at Coface. As a Debt Collection Back Office Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by managing the back office processes for debt collection contracts. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while being part of an international organization that values your contributions and ideas.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full coverage of the client contract back office journey for debt collection contracts without direct client contact.
• Maintain contract and client master data, including analysis and uploading of data tables.
• Create user accounts in various tools and online services based on the product requirements.
• Handle invoicing-related topics depending on the level of integration.
• Participate in the creation and update of Debt Collection Back Office Standard Operating Procedures used by the operational teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (CEFR – Level B2/C1) and professional in Spanish (CEFR – Level C1).
• Strong computer and internet affinity with good technical understanding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Graduated or have first practical experiences in a comparable role.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of commercial back office processes.
• General knowledge in bookkeeping.
• Experience in credit insurance, information/collection/banking business.
