What You'll Do
- Engage with customers to earn their trust and gather compelling stories that highlight their unique experiences with RevenueCat.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to align customer stories with product value and marketing strategies.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance storytelling efficiency and orchestrate freelancers and production teams to create high-quality content.
- Produce various formats of customer stories, including videos, written content, and event narratives.
- Identify and prioritize storytelling opportunities that resonate with our audience and support our go-to-market efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content, customer marketing, or product marketing with a strong customer focus.
- Proven track record of delivering customer stories that enhance marketing and sales credibility.
- Excellent interviewing skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple storytelling initiatives from concept to launch.
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern content production techniques.
Nice to Have
- Experience in video production and editing.
- Knowledge of mobile app development and monetization strategies.
- Background in B2B SaaS marketing.
