Customer Relationship Advisor - Remote Position

About the Role

Join RYDGE Conseil as a Customer Relationship Advisor in this exciting remote position. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our clients in their journey with our services.

What You'll Do

• Schedule onboarding appointments for clients.
• Demonstrate the RYDGE Conseil platform and our collaborative accounting management tool.
• Conduct courtesy calls 30 days post-onboarding.
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints effectively.
• Escalate complex cases to management or specialized services.
• Enhance our internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
• Fluency in written and spoken French.
• Patience, diplomacy, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.
• Empathy and a strong service orientation.
• Conflict management capabilities.
• Attention to detail in administrative tasks.
• Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, platforms, applications).

Nice to Have

• Experience in a consulting environment.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with remote work tools.
