About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to join our team remotely. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in empowering the Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities through innovative HR services and advocacy. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR solutions that align with our mission and values, ensuring that our workforce is motivated, diverse, and engaged.

What You'll Do

  • Provide HRBP coverage across divisions during peak hiring cycles.
  • Source and recruit a motivated, diverse talent pool.
  • Administer the full-cycle hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Provide onboarding updates and reporting to enhance new hire integration.
  • Support new hire orientation and conduct eligibility verification.
  • Analyze hiring and workforce data using HRIS to inform strategic decisions.
  • Launch and maintain tracking of annual employee engagement surveys to assess workplace satisfaction.
  • Generate internal and external reports to communicate HR metrics effectively.
  • Provide performance management support to enhance employee development.
  • Lead improvements in HR systems and workflows to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a relevant field.
  • 4 years of professional experience in HR, with a solid understanding of HR policies and related laws.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of California employment laws is preferred.
  • Current HR Certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Ability to communicate using American Sign Language is highly preferred.

  • Experience working across various HR functions.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analysis.
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.
