Remote Program Manager - GovTech Solutions

About the Role

Granicus LAC is seeking a Remote Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the GovTech industry, we are dedicated to bridging the gap between governments and their constituents. With over 25 years of experience, we have served more than 5,500 government agencies and have a Subscriber Network of over 300 million citizens. This Remote Program Manager position is pivotal in overseeing multiple high-priority projects that align with our strategic goals.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and manage multiple high-priority programs and projects to support the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to structure and scope business problems effectively.
• Drive program and project management for key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding program status, goals, and any necessary adjustments.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support change management efforts related to strategic initiatives, facilitating smooth transitions.
• Coordinate end-to-end post-merger integration planning and execution.
• Lead process and system discovery and conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business analysis.
• Strong ability to drive results and change in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to lead through influence with senior leaders and possess executive presence with strong presentation skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the GovTech sector or similar industries.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and technology implementation.
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.).
