  • Utilize excellent communication skills to engage with customers via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Work collaboratively with suppliers to achieve quick resolutions for customer inquiries.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the travel industry to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with difficult and demanding customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly empathetic and sensitive to customer needs.
  • Ability to think outside the box and handle objections effectively.
