About the Role

We are seeking a Curriculum Manager – Business Intelligence (Remote) to join our innovative team at DataCamp. In this role, you will leverage your AI skills and technical expertise to enhance our educational offerings and ensure that learners acquire essential data and AI skills for success in the 21st century. As a Curriculum Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming educational content and driving engagement among our learners.

What You'll Do

• Manage the entire content development lifecycle and ensure deadlines are met.
• Source and recruit top-tier subject matter experts as instructors for our courses.
• Collaborate with instructors to create engaging and interactive content focused on business intelligence.
• Utilize a variety of AI systems, both off-the-shelf and in-house, to produce high-quality educational materials.
• Design, review, and create content that is technically accurate and pedagogically effective.
• Continuously assess course performance using learner feedback and engagement data to drive improvements.
• Identify and prioritize curriculum gaps or new topics in business intelligence to enhance our offerings.

Requirements

• A solid technical background in business intelligence, with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong expertise in instructional design, with proven experience in creating interactive, hands-on learning experiences.
• A graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with agentic AI systems such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Replit, demonstrating a capability to enhance output significantly using AI.

• An existing network of potential subject matter experts who can become DataCamp instructors.
• An extensive track record of building sophisticated AI systems and workflows.
