About the Role
We are seeking a CRM Lead to join our team at KitchenAid, a part of Whirlpool Corporation. This remote CRM Lead position is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and innovation in our customer relationship management strategies. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our database, revenue, and customer lifetime value (CLTV) while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals.
What You'll Do
- Own and build an end-to-end CRM strategy to grow our database and revenue.
- Lead initiatives in automation, personalization, and segmentation.
- Manage our tech stack, including vendor management and compliance.
- Collaborate with E-commerce, Content, Brand, IT, and local marketing teams.
- Translate data into actionable insights to enhance our CRM efforts.
- Safeguard governance and compliance with GDPR and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that values clarity and accountability.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in segmentation and performance insights.
- Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and tools like Salesforce.
- Familiarity with GDPR and data governance practices.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
- Experience in B2C marketing, preferably in domestic appliances.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data analytics tools and dashboards.
- Previous experience in managing teams or projects.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
