Core Planning Event Controller - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Core Planning Event Controller to join our dynamic team at Connect AG. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and control change events within our telecommunications network. You will play a crucial role in ensuring successful delivery and execution of projects, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Support target SLAs for the Core Voice Inbox and manage emergency change requests.
• Compile accurate Change Requests (CRQs) within the Helix Tool, ensuring adherence to change processes.
• Establish and maintain project trackers for effective monitoring of change events.
• Utilize Network Performance tools such as Proptima and Foresight to analyze KPIs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform additional activities as required in the Performance area and provide reports as needed.

Requirements

• Technical University degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in the telecommunications sector.
• Strong technical background and proven track record in managing complex change events.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.

Nice to Have

• ITIL certification or similar qualifications.
• Experience in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
