• Manage the contracting process with healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Oversee credentialing activities, verifying provider qualifications and maintaining accurate records.
• Handle billing operations, including medical billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable management.
• Utilize healthcare administration systems to track and manage patient accounts efficiently.
• Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in contracting, credentialing, or billing within the healthcare industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with payer portals and revenue cycle management.
• Proficiency in using healthcare administration systems, such as Athena.

Nice to Have

• Experience in patient advocacy or case management.
• Knowledge of coding and insurance follow-up processes.
