Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our innovative team at Cornelis Networks. This remote position is ideal for individuals residing within the United States. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in building targeted pipelines and delivering qualified candidate slates across various technical and corporate domains. You will partner closely with Recruiters and hiring leaders to align on search strategies and candidate targeting, ensuring we attract top talent in the competitive fields of networking, HPC, and AI infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Recruiters to define search strategies and maintain pipeline health.
• Participate in intake meetings to understand role requirements and success profiles.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized roles in ASIC Design, Firmware, and Product Marketing.
• Create structured candidate personas to guide sourcing and outreach efforts.
• Craft personalized outreach messaging tailored to engage passive candidates effectively.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics, including response rates and pipeline conversion.
• Utilize data to drive sourcing strategies and influence hiring decisions.
• Build competitive talent maps across networking, AI accelerator, and enterprise technology sectors.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in sourcing ASIC, silicon, networking, or specialized engineering profiles.
• Demonstrated success in building competitive talent maps and personas.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• 4 years of experience constructing complex Boolean and X-Ray search strings.
• 3+ years of experience collaborating with Recruiters and hiring managers in high-growth environments.
• Strong written communication skills with a proven track record of high outreach response rates.
