About the Role

We're hiring a Content Assistant - Streaming & Social Media (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Vybe Brothers Entertainment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our content strategy and enhancing our presence across various social media platforms. As a Content Assistant, you will work closely with artists and creators, gaining firsthand experience in the music and streaming business.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the creation and management of engaging content for social media platforms.
• Collaborate directly with artists to develop innovative content strategies.
• Conduct research to identify trends in streaming and social media.
• Support the team in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Utilize tools like Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation of content ideas.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts for content.
• Ensure quality assurance of content before publication.
• Adapt content for various digital formats and platforms.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in content creation or social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Creative mindset with a passion for media and entertainment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
