What You'll Do

• Manage transaction monitoring alerts and disposition workflows, ensuring compliance with BSA/AML regulations.
• Provide feedback on workflow improvements and system enhancements to leadership.
• Mentor new hires in onboarding and training processes, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Utilize blockchain analytics tools to analyze transaction alerts effectively.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance the transaction monitoring program.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, specifically in BSA/AML transactional review.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and fraud typologies.
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools such as TRM Labs or Chainalysis.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
