Compliance Analyst II - Remote Position at Affirm

About the Role

We are seeking a Compliance Analyst II - Remote to join our team at Affirm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our operations align with regulatory requirements while supporting our mission to transform the credit landscape. As a Compliance Analyst II, you will work independently and cross-functionally to provide guidance on compliance matters, making a significant impact on our operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements for product and operations.
• Review and approve marketing materials for compliance.
• Support oversight and challenge on product enhancements.
• Partner with the Complaints Compliance team for process improvements.
• Assist with regulatory inquiries and audits.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Work independently and cross-functionally to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consumer lending compliance or audit role preferred.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations impacting business.
• Strong research and investigative skills.
• Experience in compliance testing or assessments.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Project management and analytical skills.
• Proficient in software packages, including Google Docs.
