About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Community Engagement Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Community Engagement Manager (Remote), you will lead impactful philanthropy and employee engagement initiatives across a designated region. This role is perfect for a strategic, highly collaborative professional who thrives on building partnerships, driving community impact, and elevating brand presence through meaningful programs.

What You'll Do

  • Lead planning and execution of local community events, including logistics, promotion, tracking, and on-site coordination.
  • Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit partners, internal leaders, and community stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement regional community engagement strategies aligned with corporate social impact goals.
  • Drive employee participation in philanthropy programs, including volunteerism, giving campaigns, and board service.
  • Create communications, manage content, and track program impact to enhance visibility and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in community engagement, corporate social responsibility, or nonprofit partnerships.
  • Strong event planning, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization and influence diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; experience with AI tools is a plus.
