About the Role

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial estimating or business development.
- Strong understanding of construction bids and estimating software, such as PlanSwift.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM management and sales pipeline strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in lead generation and client relations.
- Knowledge of logistics and operations management is a plus.
