About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Counsel - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Counsel or in a similar legal role.
• Strong understanding of commercial law, contract negotiation, and compliance.
• Experience with SaaS agreements and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
