About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Specialist - Remote to join our innovative team at Masimo. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support in the field of non-invasive patient monitoring. You will work closely with our sales staff to develop and implement tailored solutions for our clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Accompany applications and trial orders of measurement parameters and products at customer sites.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive solutions for clients in collaboration with sales staff.
  • Train clinical and nursing staff at our training center or in hospitals.
  • Present products at workshops, trade fairs, and congresses.
  • Document and forward customer feedback using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with national and international teams, including Customer Service, Marketing, and Technical Service.
  • Travel within the assigned region for at least 60% of your working time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with subsequent medical training, such as a cardio technician or nurse with specialized training.
  • Excellent product-related medical expertise and knowledge of hospital processes.
  • Strong self-organization skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and implement necessary actions.
  • A confident and personable demeanor that helps you connect with others.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team to develop solutions for customers.
  • Fluency in German and good knowledge of English.

  • Experience in patient monitoring technologies.
  • Previous experience in a clinical training role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
