Engineering Program Manager - Private Cloud Compute Software

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) for Private Cloud Compute Software to join our dynamic team at Apple. As an EPM, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects and features that power Apple Intelligence, ensuring the integration of Apple Silicon in our Data Centers. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage projects related to Private Cloud Compute, ensuring successful outcomes and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service Reliability Engineering (SRE), to define, prioritize, and execute project portfolios.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency and service availability.
• Foster trust and clarity among partners while navigating complex technical environments.
• Utilize your strong project management skills to coordinate technical design discussions and resolve conflicts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development project management, particularly in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure domains.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure programs with a focus on cloud environments.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to represent at all levels of the organization.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud technologies.
• Background in prioritizing features and leading technical roadmaps.
• Experience as a Scrum Master.
