We are seeking a dedicated Client Care Specialist - Remote to join our team at Farber Debt Solutions. As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their financial challenges and develop tailored payment plans. This position allows you to work remotely while contributing to a company that has been a leader in debt solutions since 1979. What You'll Do

• Communicate with clients through various channels including email, phone, and SMS.
• Understand clients' financial situations and assist them in building suitable payment plans.
• Analyze client files to ensure compliance with payment agreements.
• Document all client interactions clearly and accurately.
• Set up banking agreements in the firm’s database.
• Liaise with team members for efficient proposal administration.
• Communicate with debtors regarding delinquent payments.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Preferred experience in insolvency administration or customer service.
• Soft collections experience is an asset.
• Ability to recognize clients' emotional states.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• High computer literacy and ability to learn new programs.
• Great interpersonal skills and a team player who can work independently.
