What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional product launch initiatives from planning through execution.
• Partner with the Chief Creative Officer and functional leads for alignment.
• Ensure streamlined launch processes and organized deliverables.
• Continuously identify process improvement opportunities.
• Own project plans, dependencies, and timelines across teams.
• Drive regular team check-ins to align efforts and resolve risks.
• Maintain project management tools' accuracy.
• Provide leadership with clear updates on project status.
• Ensure execution moves forward without delays.
• Measure success through on-time product launches and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, especially in product launches.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools like ClickUp and Airtable.
• Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to proactively identify risks and resolve blockers.

Nice to Have
