About the Role
Leading Educators is seeking an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition Operations - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the operational architect powering our recruiting and hiring engine, ensuring every hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently. As an integral part of our mission to enhance student success through excellent teaching, you will work closely with school systems to implement systemic solutions that integrate teaching, talent, and technology.
What You'll Do
- Manage the recruiting intake desk and complex hiring timelines to ensure compliance and steward contractor networks.
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflows in recruiting, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and maintain operational workflows and systems that support our talent acquisition strategy.
- Build operational dashboards and reports for decision-making, providing insights into recruitment metrics.
- Juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail, ensuring that all processes are executed flawlessly.
- Serve as an operational partner to leadership and hiring managers, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Problem-solve and propose improvements in operations to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in HR or talent operations, with a strong focus on K-12 education or nonprofit environments.
- Exceptional communication skills to present data clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex operational systems and workflows with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in workforce planning tools and technology.
- Track record in managing onboarding and performance processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-enabled recruitment tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of current trends in talent acquisition and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting in recruitment.
