About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Bswift. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of client implementations, ensuring successful execution across all phases from discovery to handoff. What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Facilitate key project sessions including discovery and kickoff meetings.
• Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Identify and communicate project risks to ensure transparency and proactive management.
• Monitor interdependencies across workstreams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Provide regular status updates to partners and clients, keeping them informed of progress and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience, particularly in benefits administration.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Attention to detail and reliability in project execution.
• Project Management certification is preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems or SaaS implementations is a plus.
