Client Account Director - Law Enforcement Solutions (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Client Account Director for our Law Enforcement sector, focusing on India. This remote position is pivotal in our mission to enhance safety through blockchain technology. As a Client Account Director, you will engage with law enforcement agencies to disrupt criminal activities and facilitate investigations involving digital assets. Your expertise will help us build trust and foster relationships with key stakeholders in the law enforcement community.

What You'll Do

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with Law Enforcement stakeholders, customizing our sales approach to their specific needs.
• Evangelize Chainalysis solutions in a compelling and approachable manner.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, PreSales, and Marketing teams to drive conversations that enable you to achieve your sales goals.
• Demonstrate exceptional sales forecasting abilities, ensuring accurate predictions that inform strategic decisions.
• Utilize data from sales figures and marketing campaigns to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, particularly with Law Enforcement agencies.
• Strong relationships with Indian Central and/or State Law Enforcement Agencies and financial regulators.
• Understanding of the procurement processes within these agencies.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Track record in new business development and strategic account management.
• Willingness to travel within India to identify and cultivate sales opportunities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Financial Intelligence, Cyber Security, or Cryptocurrency Technologies.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and web3 is advantageous but not mandatory.
