Chief of Staff - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to join Orcrist Technologies in a fully remote capacity. As the Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and managing strategic initiatives that drive our mission to revolutionize data intelligence. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, providing high-level insights and facilitating communication across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Support the CEO with operational management and strategic meetings to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and staff, managing effective communication and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Provide high-level insight and data analysis for informed decision-making processes.
• Lead special projects and ad-hoc initiatives that align with the company's strategic direction.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness through exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in high-performance environments, preferably in project management or strategic roles.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Fluent in German and English (C1+), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity, demonstrating a genuine interest in business strategy and growth topics.
• Willingness to travel as needed for team events and strategic meetings.
