Chief of Staff - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Chief of Staff remote to join our dynamic team at WeTravel. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic execution, operational alignment, and cross-functional coordination across the company.

What You'll Do

• Act as an operational partner to the CEO, ensuring that priorities move forward and information flows effectively.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to ensure decisions translate into action.
• Lead preparation and coordination of board materials and investor updates, including board decks and data gathering.
• Drive the company’s OKR process, ensuring alignment across teams and tracking progress.
• Manage company-wide strategic initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams.
• Support organization-wide AI adoption efforts and maintain key documentation in Confluence.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or high-growth startups.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Ability to work across teams and influence without formal authority.
• Willingness to be flexible in working hours to facilitate collaboration with international colleagues.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI tools and documentation standards.
• Experience in managing investor relations and board communications.
• Background in travel or technology industries.
