About the Role

We are excited to offer a Capital Markets Summer 2026 Internship - Remote position at JJE-Tetris. This internship provides a unique opportunity to assist analysts in the Capital Markets division, focusing on market research and analysis to support real estate investments. As a Capital Markets intern, you will gain valuable experience and insight into the finance industry while working remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare and write comprehensive market research reports that contribute to strategic planning.
  • Obtain and analyze market information and statistics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Research demographics and traffic counts to enhance the understanding of market dynamics.
  • Assist in the due diligence process for real estate transactions.
  • Value listings using Argus and Excel to provide accurate financial assessments.
  • Review and summarize leases to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist in designing teasers and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create charts and graphic materials to visually represent data findings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Capital Markets team.

Requirements

  • Current college/university junior or senior, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills are essential for this Capital Markets internship.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe, InDesign, and Photoshop is a plus.
