About the Role

We are seeking a Business Partnership Manager - Payments (Remote) to join Binance, the leading global blockchain ecosystem. With over 300 million users across 100+ countries, we are at the forefront of the cryptocurrency revolution. In this role, you will identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships with payment service providers, acquirers, and high-volume merchants, driving rapid expansion of our regional merchant base and transaction volume.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, cold outreach, pitching, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with senior decision-makers within PSPs, acquirers, and large merchants.
  • Design and execute regional expansion strategies targeting high-impact verticals such as gaming, e-commerce, and digital services.
  • Collaborate with Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to localize solutions and streamline onboarding processes.
  • Analyze merchant performance and partnership data to optimize commercial terms and improve profitability.
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and regulatory developments to refine regional strategy.
  • Track and deliver against aggressive KPIs including merchant base growth and transaction volume expansion.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in payments, fintech, or large digital wallet ecosystems.
  • Proven enterprise-level business development experience with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong existing network within PSPs, acquirers, or financial institutions.
  • Ability to operate in regulated environments and navigate compliance considerations.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret merchant performance data and develop scalable strategies.
  • Fluency in English and relevant regional languages; additional languages are a plus.
