Business & Market Analyst Intern - Automotive Sector

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business & Market Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team at Toyota Motor Europe. This remote internship opportunity allows you to gain valuable insights into the automotive sector while supporting European markets in growing LCV sales through data analysis and strategic guidance.

What You'll Do

• Conduct, maintain, and develop sales, performance, and market reports.
• Assist in creating slides, presentations, and communication tools.
• Proactively cooperate with markets across Europe to collect structured feedback.
• Support the Product team with market and product power analysis and benchmarking.
• Conduct market surveys and identify potential business opportunities.
• Report progress on network activities, including KPI monitoring.
• Utilize existing tools and contribute to new reporting solutions.
• Participate in meetings and support the Sales & Product team as needed.
• Identify simple improvements and efficiency opportunities with a Kaizen mindset.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program such as Economics or Business Management.
• Full-time availability from May for a 6-month internship.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables required; basic macros are a plus).
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Confident in presenting work and effectively communicating insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Proactive and eager to learn about the automotive sector.
