We are looking for a Business Development Analyst - Remote to join our team at Rain. This role is crucial for our growth in the LATAM region, where you will have the opportunity to develop and manage significant partner relationships. What You’ll Do

  • Be a core member of our operations team, contributing to organizational growth.
  • Land and grow strategic partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to our partners.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and deliver impactful events and content.
  • Create robust activation and growth programming to meet ambitious business objectives.
  • Ensure clear communication in both written and oral forms, maintaining deal hygiene in sales tools.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 6+ years of Business Development or related experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems.
  • Proven track record of decision-making skills and teamwork.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRMs is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to B2B sales.
  • Experience working in both U.S and LATAM markets.
  • Interest in crypto and blockchain technologies.
