Business Development Analyst - Remote for LATAM

We are looking for a Business Development Analyst - Remote to join our team at Rain. What You’ll Do
- Be a core member of our operations team, contributing to organizational growth.
- Land and grow strategic partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to our partners.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and deliver impactful events and content.
- Create robust activation and growth programming to meet ambitious business objectives.
- Ensure clear communication in both written and oral forms, maintaining deal hygiene in sales tools.
Requirements
- BA/BS required; advanced degree is a plus.
- 6+ years of Business Development or related experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems.
- Proven track record of decision-making skills and teamwork.
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRMs is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to B2B sales.
- Experience working in both U.S and LATAM markets.
- Interest in crypto and blockchain technologies.
