Bilingual Mandarin/​English QA Engineer - Semiconductor Industry

About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Mandarin/English QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in the semiconductor industry. This full-time position is based in Phoenix, AZ, and offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while ensuring the highest quality standards. As a Bilingual Mandarin/English QA Engineer remote, you will play a critical role in auditing processes, interfacing with customers, and generating quality reports.

What You'll Do

• Ensure adherence to corporate, state, and federal regulations when handling hazardous materials.
• Prepare internal and external documentation for quality assurance processes.
• Interface with customers regarding quality-related issues and audits.
• Investigate quality problems and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) as needed.
• Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques and tools such as JMP to support production improvements.
• Conduct periodic product quality checks through internal and external audits.
• Align with global quality policies to ensure consistency across operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of QA experience in the semiconductor or related industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Knowledge of statistical techniques such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and experience with JMP for data analysis.
• Familiarity with measurement precision and capability analysis techniques, such as gauge R&R.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
