About the Role

Join Sport Alliance as a BI Engineer and play a crucial role in our internal reporting team. In this BI Engineer remote position, you will ensure that our data flows smoothly and provides meaningful insights for the entire organization. What You'll Do

• Design and maintain reliable integrations between various source systems and our data warehouse.
• Use Amazon Redshift and dbt to transform raw data into structured, high-quality information.
• Develop and optimize business-critical dashboards in Tableau that help our internal teams reach their goals.
• Take ownership of data reliability and performance, ensuring our analytics environment remains a trusted resource.
• Work with modern tools like GitHub and dbt, contributing to a well-documented and structured data culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data or Analytics Engineering, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift and dbt for data modeling and transformations.
• Strong analytical skills with a good eye for data visualization in Tableau and advanced SQL skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work effectively in a team.
• Fluency in English (C1) and good Polish (B1/B2) skills (both written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Fitness and SaaS industry.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of additional data visualization tools.
