- Schedule and confirm appointments to facilitate customer visits.
- Prepare customers for their arrival, ensuring they know what to expect.
- Follow up with unscheduled prospects to maintain engagement.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with store staff to ensure customer readiness upon arrival.
Requirements
- Excellent phone communication skills and a professional tone.
