About the Role
DEPT® is seeking an Associate Director, Growth Marketing to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in connecting marketing with sales, CRM, data, and AI, creating a cohesive growth engine for our clients. As an Associate Director, you will leverage your expertise to drive measurable growth and optimize marketing strategies across the Americas.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement an integrated marketing strategy that aligns marketing, sales, CRM, data, and AI into a single pipeline engine.
- Activate DEPT®’s Americas growth plan by targeting ideal customer profiles and utilizing strategic partnerships and events.
- Collaborate closely with sales and client teams to ensure synchronized marketing and business development efforts.
- Nurture relationships with prospective clients through content, events, and personal outreach.
- Utilize Salesforce, Pardot, and InfiniGrow to track performance and optimize marketing investments.
- Drive demand generation through creative, high-impact tactics without relying on large budgets.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in growth, demand, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B sectors such as tech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of turning strategy into execution with measurable results.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot for CRM and marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of paid media and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Experience with pipeline analytics, forecasting, and attribution.
- Practical experience using AI in workflows for targeting and personalization.
- Ability to work across functions and manage agencies to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies.

- Experience in managing a team or leading projects.
- Familiarity with advanced marketing technologies and analytics tools.
