Associate Director, Digital Technology Classified Networking - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director for Digital Technology Classified Networking to join our team. This role is primarily focused on leading the Classified Networking organization at Raytheon, ensuring the delivery of secure and stable operational environments. As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital technology initiatives while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of seven leaders and 110 individual contributors, driving technology direction based on engineering and program needs.
• Oversee technical planning, long-term budget planning, and technical debt management to support daily operations.
• Develop and deploy talent and technical capabilities, fostering relationships with internal and external peers.
• Coordinate with various organizations across the enterprise to support the OneRTX roadmaps.
• Drive standards and innovate solutions in response to evolving security requirements.

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams in professional technology environments.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• Strong understanding of Networking and the technologies within the Digital Technology space.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, inspire, and motivate a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Classified Computing environments, preferably with knowledge of operating in Top Secret and Special Access Program (SAP) Areas.
• Familiarity with Network management tools and experience in Business continuity and Disaster Recovery operations.
• Experience successfully implementing newer technologies, such as cloud-based environments.
