About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Creative Director - Social Media Art Director to join our team at Tombras. As an Associate Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in connecting data and creativity to drive business results for our clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment and is passionate about social media. What You'll Do

  • Lead and direct the development and execution of creative strategies for various clients across multiple industries, including CPG, beverage, QSR, and retail.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of creatives, including art directors, copywriters, and designers, to create impactful social media campaigns.
  • Present creative concepts to agency leadership and clients confidently, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Work closely with the CCO and other creative leaders to implement the vision for client projects.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to inform creative strategies.

Requirements

  • Mid-senior level experience in a creative role, preferably in advertising or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong design and animation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Experience managing teams and leading projects from concept to execution.
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit.
