Apprentice Mechanic - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an Apprentice Mechanic to join our team at Loxam, the leading equipment rental company in Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while working remotely. As an Apprentice Mechanic, you will ensure the technical condition, safety, and presentation of rental equipment.

What You'll Do

• Inspect equipment upon entry and exit from the workshop.
• Perform preventive maintenance on various machinery.
• Prepare and install equipment, troubleshoot on-site issues, and propose solutions to ensure operational continuity.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repair operations.
• Assist in the administrative management of the workshop by completing maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety measures as per company standards.

Requirements

• Aiming to obtain a BAC Pro/BTS diploma in a technical field (maintenance of construction machinery, agricultural machinery, industrial maintenance, etc.).
• Passionate about mechanics with a strong attention to detail.
• Methodical and rigorous with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a mechanical workshop.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in equipment maintenance.
