About the Role
We are seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our aircraft. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with Dash 8s, CRJs, and 737 Classics, providing you with hands-on experience and mentorship from licensed engineers. What You'll Do
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft systems and components.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and test mechanical, structural, and avionics systems.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately in technical records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely aircraft turnaround.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Aviation Technology, or related technical field.
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent regulatory certification is preferred.
- Currently working towards AME certification, examination, or nearing completion of logbooks preferred.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, or overhaul (MRO) environments is a must.
- Experience with Dash 8 Q300 / Q400, CRJ Series, or Boeing 737 Classic aircraft is a must.
- Proficiency with maintenance tracking software such as TRAX, AMOS, or Quantum Control.
- Familiarity with diagnostic software and avionics test equipment.
- Strong grasp of airworthiness regulations including FAA Part 145, EASA Part-145, or Transport Canada standards.

- Experience in a fast-paced MRO environment.
