AI Specialist - Remote Position at Remote Raven

About the Role

We are hiring an AI Specialist to join our fast-growing offshoring agency, Remote Raven. This AI Specialist remote position is pivotal as we leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance our internal operations and client delivery. You will play a crucial role in assessing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven workflows across various departments.

What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI) to improve business processes.
• Develop and document AI-enhanced workflows for recruitment, lead generation, onboarding, task management, content creation, and reporting.
• Build custom automations or prompt-based solutions to reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership and department heads to implement AI across teams.
• Train staff on prompt engineering, AI best practices, and tool usage.
• Research new AI trends and recommend tools that align with business goals.
• Analyze the impact and performance of AI tools; continuously improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support internal projects like chatbot implementation and knowledge base structuring.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an AI, automation, or tech innovation role.
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI, and Make.com.
• Solid understanding of AI prompt design, workflows, and integration logic.
• Experience in using or implementing AI in recruiting, admin processes, or marketing is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills for internal training and documentation.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to experiment and iterate.

Nice to Have

• Experience in offshoring, BPO, or staffing industries.
• Experience using AI for resume screening, candidate sourcing, or client support.
• Familiarity with project management and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Airtable, etc.).
• Ability to design dashboards or visual reporting using AI-generated data.
