AI Solutions Consultant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping clients integrate AI into their organizations, ensuring they maximize the value from Microsoft's cutting-edge technologies. As an AI Solutions Consultant remote, you will engage directly with customers, delivering tailored AI solutions that meet their specific needs.

What You'll Do

• Deliver customer engagements, including MCI programs, to help clients realize the full potential of Microsoft technology.
• Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences, from end-users to stakeholders, ensuring high engagement and informative content.
• Facilitate client workshops, documenting findings and providing actionable recommendations.
• Manage client expectations during workshops and technology rollouts, providing on-site support as needed.
• Develop Microsoft agentic solutions based on customer requirements, ensuring technical designs align with their needs.
• Support the growth of knowledge within CPS by learning the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and sharing insights internally.
• Deliver a high-quality consultative service, ensuring all content is thoroughly vetted through internal quality assurance checks.
• Promote CPS as a thought leader in AI technologies through blogs and social media engagement.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in AI solutions consulting, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Proven ability to build production-level Copilot Studio Agents and utilize Power Platform tools.
• Deep understanding of Dataverse, Azure Services, and Microsoft Purview.
• Experience with Graph API and Connectors, and familiarity with Copilot licensing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage clients effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and persistence.
• Relevant certifications, such as Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), are a plus.
