AI Product Builder - Remote Role with Relocation Opportunities

About the Role

We're hiring an AI Product Builder to join our innovative team at InterOpera. This remote AI Product Builder position offers a unique opportunity to design, develop, and deploy mission-critical AI features that will shape the future of enterprise workflows. You will be instrumental in creating the "Workflow DNA" that powers our autonomous AI Employee Network.

What You'll Do

• Architect sophisticated RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, mastering prompt engineering, and designing multi-agent workflows that solve complex enterprise logic.
• Design and maintain high-performance, secure APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django) or Go, managing the core data layer for seamless integration between relational databases and high-speed vector databases.
• Implement clean, functional, and responsive user interfaces using React or Next.js, focusing on building governance tools that allow enterprise users to monitor and verify AI decisions.
• Take full responsibility for the shipping process, including containerizing services with Docker, managing orchestration via Kubernetes, and overseeing cloud infrastructure to ensure production reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that every component of the AI features is robust, scalable, and audit-ready.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in AI product development with a proven track record of shipping at least two production-grade systems.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies including LLM integration, RAG, LangChain, or OpenAI API.
• Proficiency in backend development with Python (FastAPI/Django), Go, or Node.js.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React or Next.js.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector) and traditional databases like Postgres.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

Nice to Have

• Experience in building governance tools for AI decision-making.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and production reliability.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical trade-offs and architectural decisions.
