About the Role

Join us as an AI & Process Automation Specialist in a remote capacity, where you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. This position is not for experimenters or corporate thinkers; we seek someone who understands how to scale effectively in a growing company with around 50 employees. Your mission will be to develop our organization into a hybrid, AI-driven system that automates processes, simplifies workflows, and enhances scalability.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and automate internal processes across sales, construction, production, logistics, project management, and administration.
• Build a practical AI and automation infrastructure that supports daily operations.
• Develop and implement AI workflows and assistants that are actively used in the workplace.
• Integrate and enhance existing systems, particularly in the ERP space (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Evaluate tools, models, and technologies focusing on utility rather than complexity.
• Identify opportunities, limitations, and risks associated with AI deployment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing functional AI applications, workflows, or automations.
• Hands-on experience building AI assistants and understanding their operational strengths and weaknesses.
• Ability to think in processes and quickly identify where automation adds real value.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset without unnecessary complexity.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mid-sized companies and understanding their operational dynamics.
• Ability to implement solutions tailored for a 50-person company.
• Willingness to work on-site occasionally to fully grasp the processes.
