What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents for conversational and task-oriented experiences.
• Architect scalable agentic systems ensuring reliability and impact.
• Implement robust evaluation and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Develop secure, interoperable tool integrations adhering to modern standards.
• Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams to integrate speech technologies into conversational AI systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and deploying AI systems powered by LLMs.
• Solid understanding of agentic architectures and deep experience with multi-agentic memory systems.
• Experience integrating AI systems with external APIs and hands-on experience with MCP integration.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and practical knowledge of prompt design and model adaptation.
• Understanding of security considerations in AI systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.
• Familiarity with evaluation and performance optimization techniques.
