About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Agents Solutions Architect – HR to join our dynamic team at Kraken. This is a fully remote position where you will play a crucial role in building AI-powered solutions that enhance our HR processes. As an AI Agents Solutions Architect, you will have the opportunity to design and deploy innovative workflows that improve efficiency and effectiveness across our global workforce.

What You'll Do

• Architect and build AI-driven workflows using tools like n8n, Claude API, and Python to automate HR processes.
• Develop multi-agent systems that integrate various HR tools into cohesive workflows, enhancing the overall employee experience.
• Implement governance and risk management protocols for all AI systems, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Create documentation and training materials to empower the People team in utilizing AI solutions effectively.
• Track and report on the impact of automation initiatives, demonstrating the value of AI in HR operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications.
• 2-3+ years of experience in HR technology or People Operations.
• Strong proficiency in AI and workflow automation tools, with hands-on experience in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of Workday and its integration with HR processes.
• Ability to manage complex projects from discovery to deployment and optimization.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday Prism, Qualtrics, or other BI tools.
• Familiarity with AI for text analysis and survey insights.
• Background in HR technology platform administration.
• Degree in a quantitative field combined with technical automation experience.
