Agentic AI Engineer - High Frequency Trading

About the Role

We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join our high-frequency trading team. This remote Agentic AI Engineer position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI applications in real-time trading environments. You will be instrumental in building and deploying multi-agent systems that push the boundaries of modern AI.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy multi-agent systems end-to-end for high-frequency trading applications.
• Utilize frameworks such as LangGraph and MCP to enhance agent orchestration.
• Work with large language models (LLMs) in production settings, ensuring robust performance.
• Collaborate with a lean team, taking ownership of projects from concept to execution.
• Contribute to the advancement of AI technologies that have a direct impact on trading systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, particularly in high-frequency trading or similar environments.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems and frameworks like ReAct and LangGraph.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles and their application in real-time environments.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a low-bureaucracy setting.
• Experience in deploying AI solutions in production, not just theoretical applications.

Nice to Have

• Mandarin language skills are a plus, but not essential.
