Agent Interaction Designer - Remote Opportunity at Anduril Industries

About the Role

We are seeking an Agent Interaction Designer to join our innovative team at Anduril Industries. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that transforms military capabilities through advanced AI and robotics. As an Agent Interaction Designer, you will design, implement, and evolve the means by which agents interact with classical software systems, contributing to the development of our AI-powered Lattice OS.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement interaction patterns for agents within the Lattice system.
• Contribute to test and evaluation infrastructure and deployment software.
• Engage in prompt engineering and other techniques to enhance agent performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agents into classical systems.
• Utilize your programming skills in Python, Java, or Go to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated deep knowledge of LLM implementation and usage.
• Experience integrating agents into classical systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python or other core languages (Java, Go, etc.).
• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with simulation or real-world validation for autonomous vehicles is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ML Ops best practices, including model versioning and reproducible research pipelines.
• Experience in multi-modal sensor data processing (e.g., cameras, LiDAR, radar).
• Novel application track record including first author publications and contributions to the ML and AI community.
